Well then Sale CrossFit is the place for you. Each member of our team brings a different touch to the box with their unique training methods and are excited about introducing Sale to the sport of fitness.

We are conducting 'Friday Night Lights' for the 2018 CrossFit Opens every Friday at 17:30!
Join in the fun and support each other in these Opens. 
​Starting Friday 23 Feb 2018 for 5 weeks!

How To Start

If you want to give CrossFit a go, we have an fundamentals program that is perfect for beginners. We run the program once a month, over two nights or on a weekend. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for details. Cost is $40 which covers 2 hours of fundamentals. Any onramp queries can be directed to our FB page or email us at info.salecrossfit@gmail.com

If you have done CrossFit before, no need for fundamental class - simply contact one of the coaches or message us on FB prior to any class and arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out some paper work.

Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch.  Similarly master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row etc, hard and fast.
Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.
Regularly learn and play new sports.
